What data we process

When you subscribe to slot notifications, we store: your email address, the selected registration offices, your preferred date range, your language setting, plus timestamps and technical tokens used for confirmation and unsubscription.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your subscription is verified via double opt-in through a confirmation link.

Recipients and processors

We use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to send emails. This may involve a transfer of data to the USA.

Web analytics (Google Analytics)

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for audience measurement. This sets cookies and processes usage data (including a truncated IP address), which may be transferred to the USA.

Server logs

To keep the website secure and stable we maintain server logs, a standard technical safeguard. On every request we record basic access data: IP address, time of the request, the address requested including its query parameters (personal access links are redacted), HTTP method, status code, response time, amount of data transferred, referring page (referrer) and browser identification (user agent). This data is used to operate the site securely, to diagnose faults and to prevent abuse, and is deleted automatically after 14 days at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period

Subscriptions are automatically deleted once the selected date range has passed, at the latest 30 days afterwards. You can also edit or delete your subscription at any time via the link in every email.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To unsubscribe, simply use the unsubscribe link in any notification email.
